N. Y.D. International Logistics is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to fill the role of Operation Officer. We are a leading Logistics company and are looking for someone with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.

Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and follow up shipments from China to Nepal not only cargo but also documents daily
Check documents from the customer, if any mistake shall inform them revise timely.
Contact with Indian / Nepali suppliers for trailer,port handling and customs clearance arrangement
Coordinate with customer for necessary logistics supporting such as government policy consulting,assistant for LC opening, customs clearance solution, document verify etc
Contact different government dept and apply for duty free letter, non-payment model and various letters.
In charge all procedure, ensure cargo safety delivery to jobsite without documentation problem.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Supervise all parties until collect clean POD (proof of delivery) from customer

Special Requirement: Having own motorcycle is needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Candidates should have a Bachelor degree or above
Honest, responsible, energetic and hard-working characters
Fluently English speaking and writing; good communication skills
Basic knowledge of international trade or international logistics by road, ocean and air
Have international trade and logistics is a plus
Basic computer skills, especially for office software like word, excel
Time management efficient
Frequently business trip all around Nepal for cargo handling,delivery and offloading purpose.
Required can join lately.
