The operation team plays the most central and commercial role within the company, and the position Operation Officer provides high potential opportunities for those individuals eager for fast track career growth and success in the global scale.

Required Skills:

Grammatical competence and copy writing skills.
Able to articulate our messages in our communications to the customers.
Spreadsheet knowledge.

Job Details:

Work collaboratively with the Operation and Tech Team.
Co-ordinate customer queries through email and chat support system.
Ad Hoc administrative tasks assigned by Team.
