Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This position provides a chance to acquire valuable industry experience while actively contributing to the growth and achievements of our company.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including administrative duties, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
Candidate must possess knowledge of preparing presentations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
Support inventory management and logistics coordination.
Help streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
Handle inquiries and provide information to customers, suppliers, and partners.
Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks as required.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.

Experience:

1-2 experience in an administrative or operations role.

(Freshers are also highly encouraged)
