We are looking for a talented and experienced Operation & Development Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to lead our operations and drive growth initiatives. As the Operation & Development Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our e-commerce platform, enhancing customer experience, and expanding our online presence.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including management, order processing, and fulfillment.
Monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations with other business functions.

Business Development & Growth:

Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Explore new channels, partnerships, and opportunities to expand our online presence and reach new markets.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

Utilize data analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Identify areas for optimization and improvement in the e-commerce platform, pricing strategies, product offerings, and customer journey.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, including marketers, developers, and customer service representatives, to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.

Job Specification

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in e-commerce operations management, business development, and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
