Job Description

Facilitate the expansion of sales to existing customers and the development of sales to new customers.
Develop extensive working relationships with contractor/ customers, as well as other departments, such as dispatch, and quality control.
Work to resolve customer issues, problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Send quotation and take agreement with client, send factory for production and supply, plan to supply, send bill to client and collect payment according agreement.
plan for market visit and collect market feedback and send to seniors daily.
Supports Production, Quality Assurance and Accounting departments in resolving quality-based customer queries.
Other days to day work and duties as assigned by seniors.
