Job Description

Meet and greet all visitors of the office in a professional and positive manner
Manage all aspects of the candidate onboarding process and compliance including initiation, candidate follow-up, and tracking
Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
Manage all travel and expenses, ready to handle last-minute changes
Prepare HR-related documents like job description, appointment letter, contract renewal letter, termination letter, appraisal letter, etc.
Work with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed
Organizing meetings across multiple time zones, confirming meeting location, sending reminders, writing meeting minutes, and organizing catering when necessary
Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Coordinate print and production of documents and materials
Ad-hoc administrative assistance, as needed
