Roles and responsibilities of this job
This role requires to work closely with senior leadership to develop organizational strategies; assess existing & new markets / verticals; and research on specific products, projects & technologies. He/ She shall be responsible for industry analysis, drive research & development, identify opportunities, concept development, actionable recommendations to grow market share and monitor strategic initiatives. He/ She shall work in cross functional teams and closely with business development, operations and product development teams.

(NCHL) is a Payment System Operator licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank and promoted by NRB and almost all the banks & financial institutions to establish and operate national payment systems in Nepal. It is currently operating Electronic Cheque Clearing (NCHL-ECC), Interbank Payment System (NCHL-IPS), Retail Payment Switch (RPS) and National Payment Switch (NPS) with processing of over 80% of retail transactions in terms of value within Nepal. Additional channel platforms that NCHL is providing includes connectIPS, National Payments Interface (NPI), CORPORATEPAY, connectRTGS , NEPALPAYQR and EFT Card Service. NCHL is expanding its team to drive its existing systems, businesses and operations including National Payment Switch (NPS), cross border payments and new innovative products & services.
