Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking to hire a Hospital Administrator with fantastic time management and organizational skills, confident and professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills that will contribute to the efficient functioning of the healthcare facility.

KFA seeks application from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to undertake the following:

Responsibilities:

Structured and Detailed implementation of Hospital’s Approved Administration Policy
Supervise daily administrative operations, Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
Implement effective policies for all operational procedures
Prepare work schedules and maintain organized medical and employee records
Update & Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and Good understanding of healthcare procedures and regulation
Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
Basic accounting skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving attitude
