Minimum Requirements

Masters in Management/ Sociology from recognized university
At least 3 years of experience in similar position (Experience in Hydropower at site will be given priority)
Fluent in verbal and written Nepali and English languages
Good typing skill in Nepali and English
Should be able to work under pressure and must be team player
Should be able to take decision independently
Age not exceeding 35 years
