Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer at IME Motors Ashok Leyland Nepal in Heṭaudā. The Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, developing strategies to improve efficiency and performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Description:

Maintain sales Pipeline.
Analysis and planning of Marketing requirement aligned with sales target.
Conduct Different sales uplifting programs.
Maintain Daily Visit/Follow up Report.
Follow-up dealers for timely collection of due amounts.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of automobile industry operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
