Roles and responsibilities of this job

As an Office Secretary at FINYE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Assisting with event coordination and logistics
Supporting the executive team with various tasks as needed

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
