Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and active Office Runner who has their own motorcycle/bike and can handle banking, tax office, government office, and other official company-related errands.

The person will be responsible for depositing and collecting documents, making payments at banks and government offices, submitting tax-related documents, and supporting the Accounts and Administration team with daily outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

Visit banks for cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other banking-related activities.
Visit tax offices and government offices to submit documents, make tax payments, and complete official procedures.
Deliver and collect company documents, letters, invoices, cheques, and other important paperwork.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Administration departments for bank and government-related tasks.
Submit tax documents and payment vouchers to the relevant offices on time.
Collect receipts, acknowledgement letters, certificates, and other official documents.
Follow up on pending documents and applications at government offices.
Maintain proper records of documents submitted, collected, and delivered.
Safely handle company cash, cheques, documents, and other confidential materials.
Perform other office-running and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required time.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Minimum +2 / Intermediate level preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as an office runner, account runner, messenger, or similar position is preferred.
Good knowledge of local banks, government offices, tax offices, and routes.
Basic understanding of banking and office documentation procedures.
Good Nepali typing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple outdoor tasks.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Note :
