Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide 2D/3D drawings/drafting as instructed, timely and responsibly (may include MEP components design as well)
Preparation of different reports daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work on progress
Office management for details of vendors and tenants
Preparation and Interpretation of different test reports
Conduct Quality survey and prepare BOQ of civil and associated works
Monitor the progress of the project as per the project schedule and report to the specified position
Research about different construction practices, collect and convey the relevant information to the specified position
Bridging with the company or procurement department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
Record, analyze and report various site meetings, create memorandums etc

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Ability to draft and have experience in Civil 3D drawings. (sketch/AutoCAD 3Ds)
Ability to communicate in English (written/spoken)

Skills:

MS Office Package
AutoCAD (2D/3D)
MEP drawings drafting (as instructed)
Research, report preparation
Site supervision/meetings. (If necessary)
