Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Support the team in documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient task execution.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and functional.
Handle incoming calls and queries professionally.
