Roles and responsibilities of this job

The program coordinator is responsible for smoothing out the overall +2 program within the academic year, ensuring alignment with the institution's mission, vision, and values.
The program coordinator must collaborate with faculty to review and update the curriculum, ensuring relevance and adherence to accreditation NEB standards.
He or she monitors student progress and facilitates necessary interventions to support students’ satisfactory results, coordinating with the reporting line.
He or she is responsible for serving as the primary contact for +2 students, providing guidance on orientation, workshops, information sessions, academic requirements, career opportunities, etc.
He or she must work closely with faculty members to schedule classes, assign teaching responsibilities, and use innovative teaching methods to meet the overall quality of the programs.
He or she is fully dedicated and needs to draft a plan with a strategy to succeed in the new admissions for +2 programs.
Plan and conduct effective recruitment events, open houses, and information sessions to attract the maximum number of prospective students to enroll.
The program coordinator will be responsible for preparing the progress report of the program quarterly, semi-yearly, and yearly and submitting it to the reporting line.
Develop an annual program implementation calendar for the smooth, effective, and efficient run of the program.
