Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Collect and drop bills, receipts, vouchers and other official documents
Involve in the account department like; bank deposit, collecting bank statements and other
Responsible for delivery of packages as assigned to clients
Packers and Movers duties, such as loading and unloading physically moving equipment and supplies
Frequent visit to courier companies for receiving and delivering packages
Involve in stock keeping and basic store management from time to time
Collect detail, information and quotations from different vendors and suppliers
Coordinating and supporting conferences, events and seminars as necessary
Provide general office support including filing, scanning, and copying
Involve in purchasing office materials and supplies
Involve in direct marketing activities: marketing material distribution and also engage in marketing promotional activities
Able to involve in various utilities payment & collection activities

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Experience as an office assistant or similar in a related field
Basic Microsoft Office Skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Must have a two-wheeler license
Ability to handle pressure and can adapt in any condition

Qualification

High School Diploma / 10+2 degree in any stream
