Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Handle customer query and take orders from social media
Prepare invoice and Process the orders to logistic team for timely delivery
Maintain daily sales in the system
Follow up with customer to solve any query and feedback collection.
Create marketing campaign as per the need
Coordinate with the production unit for proper maintenance of stock
Check the quality of finished goods and inform production unit if there is any fault.
