Ishan Children and Women's Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Incharge to join our team. As the Nursing Incharge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hospital's nursing department. This is a mid-level position that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for nursing staff
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Participate in hospital committees and meetings to contribute to the overall improvement of patient care and services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Current nursing license and CPR certification
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records
