We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to provide high-quality mental healthcare in our facility. In this role, you will deliver empathetic patient care, administer medications, manage behavioral crises gently, and support holistic recovery plans. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary medical team to maintain a safe, dignified, and healing environment for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcomingly assess patients' mental well-being, daily emotional needs, and personal safety with utmost compassion.
Carefully administer prescribed medications and attentively monitor patients' comfort and health responses.
Gently apply de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication during moments of emotional distress.
Warmly collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and families to support personalized recovery plans.
Thoughtfully maintain a peaceful, secure, and reassuring ward environment for all residents.
Patiently guide and educate families and care-receivers on mental wellness and ongoing treatment steps.
Respectfully safeguard patient dignity, choices, privacy, and fundamental rights throughout their care journey.
Diligently maintain clear, accurate, and caring records of each patient's progress and daily observations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma (PCL Nursing) from a recognized institution.
Registration: Registration with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare environment with direct patient care interaction is preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of nursing care protocols, patient assessment, medication administration, and infection control will be an advantage.
