Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a full - time role for a Nurse for residential Care home and we are looking for a caring, passionate, smart and knowledgeable nurse to join our team. The nurse will be responsible for nursing care to patients and elderly people, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting physicians during procedures, maintaining patient records, and promote social wellbeing of the patient.

Key Responsibility:

Provide nursing care to the patient.
Strong knowledge of the health and safety and implementation at the work place.
Assist physicians during the patient visit.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively other team members effectively
Maintain accurate patient records and other documentations.
Must be able to educate patients and patients families member

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field, such as a hospital, nursing home, or care home
PCL certificate and Registered license in Nepal
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
Compassionate nature and empathy towards patients
Proficiency in medical software and technology
