Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide IT services to clients
Acquire land and develop for resale
Search for low value and underdeveloped properties in and around London using various tools
Analyze the site for potential development
Prepare deals summary for every site found
Meet a monthly target set by the company
Report daily tasks to the supervisor
Will be working with online maps and various applications to search and analyze building sites in and around London
Prepare letters to approach various clients

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Effectively communicate and manage client’s expectations throughout the development process
Have positive attitude and high level of commitment towards work
Good knowledge of computer application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and should know how to make online searches and map searches efficiently
Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly and on your own
Possess excellent written and spoken English
Possess highly interactive and interpersonal skills
Should have presentable personality
Ability to make efficient online searches
