Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer (.NET) to join our team in Kathmandu. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C# and .NET, following Clean Architecture principles. You will optimize legacy systems, implement Event-Driven Architecture, and manage data using MSSQL.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and a strong grasp of enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Framework.
Build scalable applications following Clean Architecture and the Repository Pattern.
Implement Event-Driven Architecture, including CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation).
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and manage MSSQL databases.
Refactor and modernize legacy codebases for improved stability and performance.
Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and collaborative workflows.
Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to integrate backend functionality.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of backend services.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and the Repository Pattern.
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and CQRS.
Proficiency in SQL and MSSQL database management.
Ability to troubleshoot, refactor, and enhance existing systems.
Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps for version control and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
