Roles and responsibilities of this job

Actively seek out sales opportunities for SFS brands.
Planning, managing and controlling of SFS brands in the country.
Planning, managing and controlling distributor network and manpower in the country.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, to monitor competition and also to evaluate customer needs so as to formulate strategies for the company and successful implementation of the same.
Work with the company directors and management team to develop strategies and implement marketing strategies to ensure a consistent and effective implementation of marketing programs for immediate sales result and also for the overall growth of the company.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Minimum 10 years of sales experience in any FMCG company
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel within and outside valley
Should have a 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler valid driving license
