Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and implement Montessori-based educational activities and curriculum in line with the school's guidelines.
Create a safe and enriching classroom environment that fosters independence, self-discipline, and a love for learning.
Observe and assess each student's individual progress and tailor teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
Foster a love of learning and a sense of respect for others among students through the Montessori philosophy.
Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to promote the holistic development of each child.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum educational qualification: +2 (or equivalent)
One year or more of prior experience in a Montessori classroom setting preferred, but freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
Passion for early childhood education and Montessori philosophy.
Strong communication skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in teaching methods.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of child development.
Organizational and time management skills.
