We are looking for a dedicated and proactive MIS Assistant to support data management, reporting, and system coordination across departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and structured information flow to support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in system-related tasks while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain datasets, update records, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Coordinate with various departments to collect required data/information.
Support the team in data analysis and visualization tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting basic system or reporting issues.
Help maintain documentation related to MIS processes and SOPs.
Ensure timely submission of reports and escalate issues when required.
Provide administrative and operational support to the MIS department.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
