About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer for one of our clients. This role is ideal for proactive, self-driven ones who thrive in a dynamic environment without the need for micromanagement. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and product teams to build high-performance web applications using modern frameworks. If you value autonomy, creativity, and working with cutting-edge technologies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & optimize scalable, high-performing web applications using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and other modern frameworks.
Build responsive & intuitive UIs with a focus on seamless user experiences.
Implement state management using Redux or Zustand for efficient front-end data flow.
Develop backend services & APIs using Koa.js (or other Node.js frameworks).
Manage & optimize databases using MongoDB or similar solutions.
Ensure web performance & security best practices while maintaining high-quality code standards.
Collaborate with designers & product teams to implement UI animations and interactive features.
Stay ahead of tech trends, especially in AI and emerging development tools.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in Next.js, Redux/Zustand, TailwindCSS, Koa.js (or similar Node.js frameworks), and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design principles.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong collaborative mindset, willing to contribute ideas and solutions.

Nice to Have

Experience with UI animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion).
Hands-on knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma.
Interest or experience in AI technologies.
