About the job

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js for the frontend and Java for the backend.
Ensure the application is optimized for performance and scalability.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Develop robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Java.
Implement data storage solutions, including databases and caches.
Ensure the security and scalability of the backend service
Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality products.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Maintain and improve documentation for code, APIs, and user guides.
Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Next.js and React.js for front-end development.
Experience with Java for backend development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
Proven track record of building and maintaining web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Java.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
