Experience: 3+ Years in Mobile Development (2+ Years in Flutter)

Ghum Nepal Innovation is seeking a talented Mid-level Flutter Developer to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile development with at least 2 years of experience in Flutter.
Demonstrable app work on the Play Store and App Store with applications developed in Flutter.
State Management: Proficiency in Bloc state management on Flutter.
UI/UX: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and principles.

Backend Integration:

Strong knowledge of GraphQL.
Experience with Socket.io implementation in Flutter.

Additional Skills:

Understanding of deep linking and routing practices in Flutter.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate using tools like Slack.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent course (BE from IOE or KU is preferred ).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and deploying high-quality mobile applications.
Ability to manage and deploy applications in cloud environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
