  • Basic knowledge of APIs will be an advantage.
  • Ability to handle the grievances of different types of merchants.
  • Sound knowledge in professional email writing.
  • Ability to support merchants during the onboarding process.
  • Understand industry/IT-related terminologies and client-server architecture.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Console end User experience/industry merchant.
  • Responsive and Keen to Learn
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proactive/Techie/Strategic Mindset
