Roles and responsibilities of this job

Candidates will be responsible for planning and design in the area of Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing (MEP) system including developing policies standard, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEP matters involving judicial branch facilities, along with prepare, review drawing, specification and cost estimates for the mechanical, Electrical, and /or Plumbing.

Develop best practice and maintenance management measure including the review and update of standard on a routine basic
Develops policies/review and standards for capital projects, facilitydatabase, and master plan information
Manage oversee the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineer
Analyze mechanical, Electrical and /or plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade
At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
Construction procedures and practices
Computer literate
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
