Soaltee Hotel Limited (the Company') is a stock listed Public Limited Company Pioneering in Hospitality owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury Five Star Hotel seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu for its Projects. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria -
MEP ENGINEER Post 2

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:

B.E. Mechanical/Electrical

EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of work experience in MEP design, site supervision, QA/QC, commercial negotiation in building and for hotel construction management preferably Five Star Hotel Projects with the majority knowledge in HVAC SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, PLUMBING, SANITARY, WATER AND WEST MANAGEMENT FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ELV SYSTEMS

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

Should possess excellent communication skills and should be able to coordinate works with the Civil, Interior technical teams and other stakeholders of projects.
Ensuring Timeline and Quality execution of Works Candidate must have Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office software including MS Project.

SELECTION PROCESS: Preliminary interview, Practical, Presentation and final interview as may be applicable.
