Adarsha Pharmacy and Polyclinic is A Polyclinic based in Ilam Municipality owned by Adarsha Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd, Ilam providing quality health care services to the Clients from Ilam, Panchthar and Taplejung districts. We invite application from the eligible and highly motivated professional candidate for the following position.

MO duties and responsibilities:

The main duties and responsibilities a Doctor must fulfill in order to do their job well and provide the best care for each of their patients include:
Evaluate a patient’s symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them
Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
Prescribe medications in compliance with GoN laws and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking.
Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health.
Performing administrative duties and risk management.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1-2 Yrs Experience with strong Outpatient care skills.

Qualification

Relevant MBBS degree from an institution recognized by Nepal Medical Council with valid registration in the Nepal Medical Council.

Additional Skill:

Ability to conduct Ultrasound.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Internet and Email is essential.

Adhering to the same theme, Adarsha Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd. initiated to establish Adarsha Pharmacy and Polyclinic in Ilam District. The primary aim of Adarsha Polyclinic established in 2078 BS is to make preventive health care service affordable, reliable and accessible. The polyclinic operates a quality and well equipped Lab, Pharmacy and provides Ultrasound service with quality machine.

The nearest location to diagnose health issues for the general population of Ilam, Panchthar and Taplejung district is Birtamod in Jhapa and Siliguri in India. Due to lack of quality health investigation center, people form Mechi Hills are compelled to go Jhapa and Siliguri. Aiming to break that chain, Adarsha MPCL established the polyclinic by collecting small amounts of share from 1500 community people.
