BP Smriti Community Cooperative Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Technician to join our team. As an entry-level position, the Medical Lab Technician will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory techniques, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood tests, urinalysis, and microbiological cultures, following established protocols.
• Prepare and analyze samples, record and interpret results, and maintain accurate documentation of all tests performed.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure accurate and timely test results.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering and stocking of supplies, and maintaining laboratory records.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
• Stay updated on new laboratory techniques and technologies, and participate in continuing education to maintain professional competency.
