Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for 10 dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Data Entry to join our night-shift team. The role involves retrieving, reviewing, and entering client-provided medical data with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication (written and verbal) with U.S. clients regarding data queries and project updates.
Query Resolution: Proactively identify data discrepancies and draft professional emails to clients to resolve issues promptly.
Data Management: Retrieve, review, and organize medical data from client servers with 100% accuracy.
Compliance: Accurately enter data into designated systems, ensuring strict adherence to formatting and client standards.
Responsiveness: Respond effectively to client instructions and feedback in real-time during shift hours.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, Computer Science, or another related field.
Commitment: Minimum two-year service agreement required. (Applications without willingness to commit will not be considered.)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Language Skills: Must possess superior written and verbal English skills.
Etiquette: Strong knowledge of professional email etiquette and business communication standards.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.

Training & Development

Training Duration: 1 month (Paid training provided).

Work Mode: On-site (remote option may be available after training period).

Flexibility: Willing and able to work night shifts without exception.

Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift | Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time) | 7:45 PM – 4:45 AM (Nepal Time) (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays | Public Holidays: We follow the U.S. Holiday Calendar only.

Note: We do not provide Nepali holidays (including Dashain & Tihar). These are standard working days.
