Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate MDGP (General Practice & Emergency Medicine) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, the ability to manage emergency and general practice cases efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in general practice and emergency settings.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Attend emergency cases promptly and ensure timely clinical decision-making.
Conduct patient evaluations, examinations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with specialists and healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, safety standards, and hospital protocols.
Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

MD in General Practice & Emergency Medicine.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Must be registered with Nepal Medical Council (NMC).
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and emergency management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
