Responsibilities:

• Regularly update the subject LMS account with relevant materials.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans on time.
• Assign tasks and projects to students for continuous learning.
• Conduct evaluations, including:
  • Setting question papers
  • Invigilating quizzes and examinations
  • Evaluating answer sheets
  • Providing feedback to students
  • Submitting marks for result preparation
• Implement Thinking-Based Learning as a mandatory approach.
• Utilize Flipped Classroom Pedagogy for effective teaching.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for Grade 6 and 7 students.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
