Job Description

Prepare termly, weekly and daily lesson plans as per curriculum guidelines provided
Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently
Enhance student's interests, abilities and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture
Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management
Assess and evaluate students' progress in both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority
Participate in general/unit/class meetings as and when required
Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority
