We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Marketing Specialist with experience in the medical or healthcare sector to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic marketing skills, and the ability to engage with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies within the healthcare and medical equipment sectors.
Develop marketing strategies that highlight the clinical and operational benefits of medical equipment such as X-ray machines, ultrasounds, ECG monitors, C-arms, TMT, Holter monitors, and patient monitors.
Create value propositions that address healthcare providers' needs and pain points, showcasing how our products meet these requirements effectively.
Ensure that all marketing materials and strategies align with healthcare industry regulations, such as FDA or CE standards, to maintain compliance and ethical standards.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and integrate this knowledge into marketing campaigns and product documentation.
Develop marketing content, product documentation, and other materials to promote the features and benefits of medical equipment to healthcare professionals.
Plan, budget, and execute marketing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.

Note: Have to work inside and outside of Kathmandu valley

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or specialized courses in medical marketing is an advantage.
Familiarity with medical equipment such as X-ray machines, ultrasounds, ECG, patient monitors, C-arms, TMT, Holter monitors, and other diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as FDA or CE requirements, is critical to ensure compliance and proper marketing within the industry.
Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to develop and manage sales funnels, especially within the medical or healthcare sector.
Strong skills in presenting technical product information clearly to healthcare professionals and clients.
Proficiency in English (and other relevant languages) for creating marketing content, product documentation, and communicating with diverse audiences.
