Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain relation with Existing Agent Network.
Communicate existing Business Partner about Company's Services.
Solve the queries of the Existing Business Partners.
Explore ways of improving existing services and identifying a target market and developing strategies to communicate with agents/sub-representatives.
Set revenue targets and make plans to achieve it.
Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets, producing reports to monitor results and presenting findings and suggestions to Marketing Head.

Qualifications and Experience:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements:

Must have a validated driving license and be willing to travel as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and capable of handling work pressure.
