Roles and responsibilities of this job

Analyze marketing trends
Identify demand for potential service and customer needs
Responsible for market promotion and expansion
Handle customer grievances and take their feedback in a positive manner
Increasing the members of the organization
Visit the market for cash collection
Providing superior customer services
Explain to customers the different saving schemes
Review and update the market
Assist loan department
