  • Manage Hub and force agents
  • Coordinate to facilitate agents and direct work task to them
  • Monitor performance of agents to ensure sales target are met
  • Review performance on weekly/monthly basis and put necessary actions to achieve targets
  • Conduct necessary programs to attract more agents and address their concerns
