Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Implementing different promotional campaigns as directed by management
Support sales presentations by assembling quotations, proforma invoices, purchase order, proposals and product booklets etc
Ensuring proper product display in all outlets
Coordinate & Supervising third party (i.e. designers, printing partners, website partner) for Hoarding Boards,Catalogues, Website etc
Social media Marketing and query handling
Email marketing and database management
Supervising and representing the companies at various expositions and events
Prepare regular reports for the management, as per discussion
Oversee and update the website(s)
Communicating with the vendor in terms of branding and marketing
Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Should have completed Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Effective communication skills
Expertise in social media management
Organized work ethic
Must be proficient in English (Writing & Speaking). A good IELTS score will help
Must have an in-depth knowledge about digital marketing concepts
Must be capable of using MS Office at ease
The individual must possess motorcycle license and would be added advantage if he/she owns a ride
