Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote our educational consultancy and strengthen relationships with sub-agents, schools, colleges, and other education partners. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally, provide accurate and up-to-date information about our UK partner universities, support business growth, and increase student recruitment through effective marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with a passion for the international education industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents, educational institutions, and business partners.
Identify and recruit new sub-agents to expand the company's network.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen existing partnerships.
Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Deliver accurate and updated information regarding UK partner universities, courses, scholarships, tuition fees, visa requirements, and admission processes.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and training sessions for sub-agents and educational institutions.
Ensure all marketing materials are current and comply with university guidelines.
Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve brand awareness.
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
Ensure ethical marketing practices and maintain the company's reputation.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in educational consultancy or the international education sector.
Experience working with UK universities or study abroad consultancies is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of UK higher education, admissions procedures, scholarships, and student visa processes.
Good understanding of the Nepal education market.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong business development and networking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel frequently within Nepal.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: NPR 40,000 – 50,000 per month.
