  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Basic design skills (Canvas, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred)
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Nepali
  • Willingness to travel for field visits as needed
  • Candidates with two wheeler is preferred.

Job Description

  • Conduct regular field visits to connect with potential and existing clients
  • Acquire and onboard new clients to grow the customer base
  • Develop creative and compelling marketing content
  • Design and prepare promotional brochures and marketing materials
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and propose strategic ideas
  • Maintain and update a database of marketing contacts and interactions
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities, trends, and results
