Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Analyze competitors and suggest strategies for improving market share.
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products.
Plan and execute promotional activities, including events and campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.
Collaborate with design teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address client inquiries promptly.
Prepare and submit periodic marketing reports to management.
Keep records of sales, expenses, and marketing activities.

Note: Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and execute marketing strategies.
Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a vehicle.
