We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales And Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our cement-based block products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, innovative marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills to promote Sahara Industries as a leading brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cement-based blocks and enhance brand visibility.
Generate leads and identify potential customers for our brick manufacturing and supplies business
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the construction and cement industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure lead generation.
Stay updated on market developments, including innovations and regulations in the cement manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and site visits as needed.
