We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales And Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the growth of our cement-based block products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, innovative marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills to promote Sahara Industries as a leading brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cement-based blocks and enhance brand visibility.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers for our brick manufacturing and supplies business
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the construction and cement industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure lead generation.
• Stay updated on market developments, including innovations and regulations in the cement manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
