Job Overview:

The Marketing Officer for RAI School is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote the school, increase enrollment, and enhance its brand image. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to understand the local education market, demographics, and competitors.
Analyze trends and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with the school's goals and objectives.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, events, and digital initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:

Create engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to the school's brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing:

Manage the school's online presence, including website updates, social media profiles, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other digital metrics.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Organize and promote school events such as open houses, orientation sessions, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

Public Relations and Community Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, alumni, and the broader community.
Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.

Admissions Support:

Work closely with the admissions team to develop materials and strategies to attract prospective students and their families.
Assist in organizing tours, informational sessions, and interviews for potential applicants.

Brand Management:

Uphold and reinforce the school's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements.

Market Expansion and Partnerships:

Identify opportunities for collaborations with educational organizations, community groups, and local businesses.
Explore avenues for expanding the school's reach and influence.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Provide regular updates to school leadership on marketing activities and outcomes.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years
