Marketing Executive/Officer

Basic Requirements & Job Role

Must have Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proficient in English Communication & MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), e-correspondence.
A strong understanding of global marketing trends, market dynamics, and industry-specific requirements.
Charming Personality, Punctual, Honest, Physically & Mentally Fit, be able to make frequet market visit and MUST have own Two-Wheeler with valid driving license.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Project management and budgeting skills.
Ability to work Smartly and collaboratively under pressure.
Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, specific industry needs, and customer demands.
Enhance the brand presence in global markets, ensuring consistency and adapting strategies to local customs and practices.
Develop and distribute compelling content such as blogs, articles, and whitepapers, organizes events & presentations to demonstrate industry expertise and attract both clients and customers.
Manage the company's online presence through social media and industry-specific platforms to reach a global audience.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to engage clients and customers.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify the most effective approaches.
Measure the success of marketing efforts through data analysis, produce reports, and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
Stay informed about marketing trends, laws and ensure that all activities are in compliance with relevant regulations.
