Roles and responsibilities of this job

Proactively assess and spot new marketing opportunities
Actively promote the product and convert the potential customers into real customers
Meet the sales target
Prepare daily progress report and monthly reports along with SWOT Analysis
Present the competitive analysis of product, market and it position to to senior management
Be creative to plan new marketing strategy to penetrate the market aggressively
Be aligned to office rules and regulations and maintain harmonious relation

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors preferably science/micro biology with minimum 1 year of experience
Must have knowledge of sales, promotion and marketing (preferably in medical field)
Should be confident & have good communication skills in English along with team working skill
Should have interpersonal skill to build long term relationship with doctors, hospitals, pharmacy and stockiest
Should be able to work in flexible hours
Creativity and innovative ideas of marketing (Preferred)
Preferred a valid 2/4 wheeler license
