About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Marketing with an MBA in Marketing, preferably with a background in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing team and drive our brand’s strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness and growth.
Manage (ATL), (BTL), and (TTL) marketing strategies.
Review and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
Utilize SEO and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with Product Development for aligned strategies.
Guide the development of new products and enhancements.
Align marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Develop campaigns to enhance customer retention and drive sales.
Foster customer relationships and address their needs.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
Keep the team updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
